Fatal crash: The driver of a car that crashed on Onondaga Lake Parkway Thursday was killed, police said. Witnesses told police the car veered off the road and into a tree.

Syracuse vs. Clemson: The long-awaited football game is almost here. Syracuse faces the defending national champion and No. 1-ranked Clemson Tigers at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
